Originally from Long Island, New York, Jordan Jacinto studied screenwriting and acting at Chapman University. After working as an actor in small roles, Jacinto wrote and directed the proof of concept short film, The Dishwasher, which won the Grand Jury Short Award at the 2019 Mammoth Film Festival and premiered on HBO in March 2020. The feature-length version of The Dishwasher is now being produced by Thunder Road (Sicario, Wind River and the John Wick franchise), with Cristo Fernández (Ted Lasso) attached to star.
